Jose Bernal Gutierrez. Born in Marbella on November 3, 1974. He graduated in Philosophy and Ph.D. in gender relations at the University of Malaga. In little more than a decade as a researcher, and despite his busy and successful activity in local politics, the merits of Jose Bernal grow continuously.
